Quality apartments on North Park outskirts

Apartment complex is slightly old, and has some interesting angled corners, given the building's shape. Apartment is in great shape and well-taken care of. Balance of proximity to North Park center while have lower than usual rent rate. Area suffers from high-speed cars and motor noise, on the freeway and on the adjacent streets. This will slightly worsen once the city finishes installing traffic signals just outside the building. Despite some downsides, this complex is a good find.

good find

location is a good price for both being in north park, but also right next to the freeway. building is a little old and oddly shaped but has rarely been a problem. management has been quick in responding to maintenance requests.
